Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items can take up to 90 days to arrive. This timeframe may vary due to manufacturer availability, release schedules, or shipping delays outside of our control. You will be notified if there are any significant changes to your estimated delivery date. Pre-order items are charged at the time of purchase to secure your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from TheHeelPlug.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging. Items must include all original tags and accessories. Sale items, limited releases, and pre-order products are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at theheelplug@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve the problem quickly through replacement or store credit.
