Return Policy 

We want Ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our services and Purchase. Our return policy have 7 business days to return items/heels. Heels must be unworn and have no damages. If returned and item has been worn Exchanges or refunds will not be issued. Refunds will be issued once items have returned. refund has 10 Business days to return back to your account.  

Exchanges

Customer are allowed to issue Exchanges. Exchanges must be made within 7 Business days of item received. To issue an exchange you must contact theheelplug@gmail.com you are responsible for your own return shipping cost. Once item is received and has been confirmed as accepted for exchange, we will notify you of item received and send updated tracking for new product being shipped once shipped. 

Shipping Policy

All Orders are shipped through USPS. We utilize USPS as our primary shipping Carrier. Once or after payment has been received, or Verified your order will be processed and will be prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 3-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email confirmation containing your Tracking number when your order has shipped. If you have not received Tracking information within 3-5 Business days please contact us at theheelplug@gmail.com Orders placed Between Friday-Sunday will ship Monday- and/or the following Business Day. Please Note that once item has shipped or left our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items during Transit. We cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once in possession of USPS. USPS is responsible for delivering your packages on the delivery date. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued. Conditions: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, unused and with tags attached. No visible makeup or Markings on items/shoes. The following items are excluded and cannot be returned: Free gifts or promotional items, Items marked FINAL SALE Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund, it will be minus the restocking fee and the shipping cost. By completing a purchase with theheelplug.com you are agreeing to our full return policy. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are available for customers If items are out of stock and wish to Order in advance to allow customers to have first-hand for Heels. Pre-Orders are also available for customers when it comes to upcoming new arrivals. This Option allows customers to order their heels in advance. 

Custome Heels 

The Heel Plug offers service for women with wide feet we all know that it can be hard to find heels that fit for everyone, so we do offer a service where we take measurements of your feet to custom make your heels so that all our customers have the opportunity to walk in style no matter the foot size.
